    Very Rare J.C. Dowd and Company Pomade Barber Shop Collectible Co-Op Flint Glass
    Black Glass Bear Jar
    Nice!
    This rare covered bear jar has the original J. C. Dowd & Co. 95 Madison Ave. New York, NY. paper label and alot of the original paint. Measures 8 inches long and stands 4.5 inches tall. There is a chip on the cover near the front, and we see a air bubble hole in the front top of the bear where the cover sits that void extends down into the back of the bears neck, obviously was done in the making. This Bear needs some touch up restoration on the paint or show as is, personal preferences would apply. Please view photos carefully, the pictures were taken outdoors in sunlight for full disclosure. We usually have several other interesting estate items so please check out our other listings.
