1883 Orig. survey plans of NY & New England RR Co - Connecticut & Massachusetts

Fifteen pen and ink original survey plans of the New York and New England Railroad Company on coated linen, each entitled "Plan of Land to be taken" ,with the name of the land owner and the location of the Township, all dated 1883 and all signed by L. B. Bidwell, Chief Engineer.   In Uxbridge, Mass. the land owners are Miss Emeline Tucker, Mrs. Mary S. Kavanah and John Jefferson;  in Millville, Mass., Elias P. Brown and James & Sarah Tancre;   in Douglass, Mass, Ezra Aldrich, Joseph Thompson, Lovell Southwick and Major Benson;        In Columbia, Connecticut the land owners are Robert Brown and the Willimantic Linen Co., ; in Coventry, CT. ,Norman L. Babcock and Coleman Brothers;  in Hampton, CT., Catherine Looney;  in Blackstone, CT, Daniel Simmons , The measurements  vary with the largest being about 23" x 10" and the smallest about 10" x 10" .    Guaranteed original, authentic 1883 survey plats.
