    Description

Queens County ( Aqueduct) Club House Pass issued to W.S. Vosburgh measures 2 1/4 inches in diameter with thick cardboard front and 8  paper passes attached for the Autumn 1935 Season.
Pass belonged to Walter S. Vosburgh, an original member of The Jockey Club, turf historian ( author of American Racing, 1866-1921 etc. ), official handicapper for various racing associations, including New York race tracks from 1894-1934 and for whom the Vosburgh Stakes at Belmont Park are named.
