Antique 1800’s Meissen Porcelain Figurine Lady Lacy Dress and Feather Hat

Up for bids, a beautiful Antique Meissen Porcelain Figurine.  I purchased her at an estate sale.  The sticker on the bottom reads Dresden 1810, however I was told her marking could be from 1815-1859.  So I am not really sure how old she is. She is in great shape for her age.  I have tried to take photos of anything that may be considered not perfect.  Maybe that some points on the lacy edge could be off.  I thought her fan might have been glued on but I don’t think so by Inspecting the edge and underneath of it.  There is a small black spot at the top of her arm but I have not tried to remove it.  She measures approximately 6 1/2 inches tall.  Thanks for looking!
