Condition: For age it is in good to very good pre-owned condition.It has typical age discoloration from use especially to edges. There is writing in both cards.  One of the cards has some separation at the seam. The book has a small tear.
Does not have the original envelope or any other packaging.
Expect stains, minor bends, and minor creases with this as it is old paper goods.
