Antique Meissen Floral Porcelain Square Bowl with Harbor Scenes People Boats

Antique Meissen Floral Porcelain Square Bowl Beautiful Gilt Decoration and Harbor Scenes with People and Boats. Measures approximately 7-1/4” by 7-1/4” and 2-5/8” tall at the corners, 2” tall at the curved in centers. Has the Crossed Swords marks but they have two slashes over them which was a symbol used on tableware deemed of unsuitable quality from 1852 through 1870. Base also has the number 142 and another mark that is too light for me to make out.
One of the harbor scenes has either a stain or a badly painted spot in the sky. The green floral side scenes have uneven painting and smudging near the gilt on one side. There are some tiny flea bites on the sides in the harbor and floral scenes(see closeups). Inside the bowl there are some tiny black dots. Gilt has some wear and scratches. The rim of the base is scuffed/dirty. Please see pictures for the best description of the item and to determine condition for yourself.
