    Description

    Lovely Antique porcelain leaf shaped dish by Meissen, Germany. This lovely piece features gorgeous hand painted flowers, insects and a gorgeous floral spray in the center on white hard paste porcelain body, beautiful leaf shape with gilded rims, and beautiful applied porcelain flowers near the handle. The dish measures appx 7.5” at the widest part. There are no chips or cracks on the body but unfortunately there is damage to the applied floral decorations. Some wear to gilt. Some wear on the foot from use, but corresponding with age. Floral decorations are vivid and beautiful. The dish is marked with first quality Meissen mark used from 1815.
