Big Sky International Revolution 1P Tent

I am not the original owner of this tent, so I cannot speak to its history, but I am guessing it is probably about 7 to 9 years old; it is still in good overall condition with just a few blemishes that should be noted.
First off, the previous owner apparently removed the short Velcro strips on the flap that covers the rainfly vestibule zipper.  The corresponding Velcro strips next  to the zipper are still in place, but you can see the stitch holes on the flap where the other strip should be and is not (see photo 9).  What this means is that the flap of material that covers the zipper on the rainfly vestibule cannot be "buttoned down"; it just lies in place.  If you were in windy wet conditions this might mean the zipper flap could blow out of position and some moisture might make its way through the zipper.  Replacing this strip of Velcro would be quite simple as the missing strips are on the zipper cover flap only, an easily accessible spot for sewing on a new strip of Velcro.  If you don't plan on camping in wet and windy conditions, you may choose not to replace those Velcro strips because it makes operation of the rainfly vestibule zipper easier when you don't have to fuss with detaching the Velcro (I'm assuming that is why the original owner removed them).
Secondly, there are a few spots on the floor of the tent that appear to be very small punctures (see photo 12).  They are tiny, and I'm not sure if they are actual punctures or just small abrasions.  They are probably not big enough to cause any problems,
but you might want to put a dab of sealant on them just to be assured that no moisture can seep through them.
Aside from these two issues, I did not note any other damage to the fabrics other than a few small stains here and there and a few small "snags" in the mesh vent covers on the interior tent doors--nothing that effects function.  There is no evidence of any deterioration of the waterproof coatings, and water still beads up nicely.
All of the zippers, clips and linelocs are in good working order.
The poles are straight with no cracks, but there are a few scuffs on them.  The shock cord in the poles is still in good condition.  The poles are a small diameter aluminum pole; they are smaller than Easton .340 poles, so I'm guessing the diameter is maybe .312.  They fold down to 17 inches.
The rainfly material is the ultra light weight SuprSil-UL option (see tag - photo 10).  The rainfly has vestibules on either side giving access to the two doors on the tent body.  There are prop-supported vents on both sides of the rainfly near the apex.
The inner tent material is the Breathable Fabric option (see tag - photo 11--BF stands for breathable fabric).  There is an zippered, mesh-covered vent at the top of each door.
The more recent version of this tent has critical seams factory taped, but on this version there was no factory seam sealing.  The original owner sealed the rainfly seams on the exterior--not the neatest of sealing jobs, but effective (see photo 8).  The perimeter floor seam of the inner tent has not been sealed, so you may want to do that if you plan on using the tent in wet conditions.
I measured the floor dimensions at 90 inches long by 36 inches wide at the head tapering to 24 inches wide at the foot.  I forgot to measure the interior peak height when I had it set up for photos, but the Big Sky website has it at 39 inches.  Big Sky's website lists the total weight of this tent with these fabric options as 41 ounces.  I weighed it at 40 ounces, but my hand held digital scale is not always precise.
And now I must apologize for being so long winded.  Big Sky is a small, independent manufacturer that offers different options on its tents, so I wanted to give prospective buyers as much information as possible.  If you have any questions, send me a message and I will do my best to respond in a timely manner (by end of day when your message is received).
The sale includes the inner tent body, the rainfly and the pole set.  No stakes are included.  The gray plastic ground tarp in the photos is not included.  When I purchased this tent, it did not come with a stuff sack.  I have used an old stuff sack from a Mountain Hardwear Skyledge tent.  I will include that stuff sack so you at least have something to put the tent in.
