Description

Meissen Demitasse cup and saucer in the popular Scattered Flowers pattern.
The demitasse set is highlighted by the multicolored, multi floral groupings on both the cup and saucer. The handles are in a double twisted twig and leaf shape. Handles, ruffled edges of the cups and ruffled edges of the bowl type saucer is trimmed in gold.  Fully marked on the bottom, in blue, with the famed crossed swords mark. These marks date the piece to the latter half of the 19th century...true antiques.
The cup measures about 2 1/4 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches wide. Saucer measures about 4 ¼ inches across.
