    Description

    This is an 8 1/2" x 11" unframed print of a vintage ad/promo for a Swiss Racing Club horse racing event in Zurich, Switzerland, in the summer of 1935.  The best I can tell, the original ad had been sponsored by the established and notable restaurant Zufthaus zur Waag in Zurich, still doing business today.
    The print is on heavy stock, which is almost like a slick, nubby canvas texture.  I tried to capture a little better what it looks like in the 4th photo.
    A colorful reminder of the global history and appeal of racing.  Thanks for your interest.
