In 2009, universal tents marked the beginning of the production path of Bereg. Constant work on implementing ideas and wishes of customers has allowed the UP tents to win the trust of thousands of hunters and fishermen. An extensive selection of accessories compatible with this series allows you to actively use the tents throughout the year and in various climatic zones.
UP universal tent is ideal for hunting and fishing, it can be used as a tent with a stove in winter and as a sauna tent in summer. Small dimensions and minimal installation time are the key features of universal tents.
Universal Bereg UP-5 tent is a double-layer quick to assemble pavilion tent on an eight-beam aluminum frame. The UP-5 tent can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people in sleeping bags and up to 7 people when using cots. The UP-5 tent is an excellent choice for hunting, fishing, and tourism at any time of the year.
The dome umbrella frame is made of a 10 mm B95T1 (In USA analogue AA7075, in EU ENAW 7075) aluminum alloy bar. Corrosion resistance, temperature changes and rigidity guarantee the reliability and durability of such a frame.
The dome-umbrella design, large size and reliability of the UP-5 frame provide several advantages:
- Quick and easy unfolding;
- The size allows you to stand upright and provides freedom of movement;
- Accumulation of precipitation on the outer tent fly is reduced to the minimum;
- Eight support arcs provide stability when installed in open areas (in the steppe or during winter fishing);
- The streamlined shape provides additional stability in wind gusts.
The outer fly of the Bereg UP-5 tent is made of high-tech water-repellent PU 4000 mmAq Oxford 300 fabric, the inner one is PU 2000 mmAq Oxford 210 fabric. Both tent flies are independent, attached to the frame with Velcro. The air gap formed between the layers provides protection from wind, precipitation and natural condensate. The seams of the Bereg UP-5 tent are taped with sealing thermal tape, which provides additional protection of the outer and inner tent flies from leaking during various types of precipitation.
At the bottom of the tent, there is a protective skirt with loops for attaching stakes. Loops of Bereg UP-5 are equipped with pockets and contain reflective elements.
Two entrances of the UP-5 tent are equipped with mosquito nets, zippered fabric entrances from the outer and inner layers. A swing frame door can be attached to both tent entrances (1 pc. is supplied by default).
The outer tent fly is connected to the frame with a reliable Velcro made of frost-resistant PVC. Such Velcros have a fairly wide size and are located in the places of bends, preventing the folding of arcs, as well as protecting the tent from mechanical damage.
The inner tent fly of Bereg UP-5 is attached to the frame using Velcro, so it is easy to remove it, and the tent itself can be turned into a lighter version of the summer residential module.
Multifunctional windows of the UP-5 tent consist of several layers:
1. Protective flap of the outdoor awning with a rigid support on the velcro;
2. Window filling made of transparent frost-resistant silicone film (working temperature up to -50°C);
3. Zippered outer tent fly;
4. Zippered mosquito net;
5. Zippered inner tent fly.
The UP-5 tent is 4-season, which allows using the residential module together with long-burning stoves. For maximum safety, the wall inside the tent (where the stove is installed) is additionally equipped with a removable heat-resistant fabric that can withstand temperatures up to 1200 °C. Chimney opening in the roof of the Bereg UP-5 tent is an insert made of the same heat-resistant fabric with a stainless-steel ring. This design eliminates the possibility of contact of the hot pipe with the tent fabric, increasing fire safety. Heat-resistant fabric with silicone impregnation is not affected by moisture and does not burn.
Bereg UP-5 tent equipment:

2. Zipper over the entrance to fasten the vestibule for UP tents.
3. Two five-layer windows (loopholes) with windproof and moisture-proof curtains, mosquito nets.
4. Chimney opening, standard size: 90 mm (when ordering, free replacement of the ring diameter is possible).
5. Four removable organizers on a velcro fastener.
6. Two velcro pocket.
7. Shelf-mesh under the dome.
8. Zippered floor. Completely removable.
9. Hinges on the inner fly for drying things or attaching a flashlight.
10. Canopy installed above the entrance for comfortable use of the tent in conditions of precipitation. It is fastened with buttons and can be unfastened if necessary.
11. Ventilation window in the lower part for air supply.
