This vintage 5" by 7" unique cat on a window sill photograph frame is from the 1970s.
Made, most likely, by a Canadian group Seagull Pewter.
Genuine Pewter with a velveteen on board back and a glass window.
Measures approx.: picture - 4" x 6" ; frame - 5"x7".
Excellent vintage condition. The back fits very nicely and snugly.
