Vintage "Basket of Sweets" Folding basket gift item

Vintage "Basket of Sweets" Folding basket gift item. Condition is "New".
Opens and reveals  a real folding basket that can be used  to put gifts.
Approximately 2" square and  8" tall to top of the handle.
It has never been out of the pack.
We suspect it is a Shackman,,,not sure.
